When I fell pregnant with my first child, I delved a bit deeper into the world of wholefoods, Ayurveda and Chinese medicine, focusing on post natal nourishment and learning about how to lay the best food foundations for my children. In 2017, I released my first cook cook Happy and Whole.
My approach is about enjoying real wholefoods, the way our mothers and grandmothers used to eat. Taking the time to prepare our own meals, connecting with the people we eat with (and grow our food) and balance. Yes it’s nourishing- but it must taste good! It’s not about cutting things out, but about listening to your body and including as much deliciousness as possible. And, importantly, it must be achievable. I’m a mum of two young boys, so my recipes are simple and forgiving. I hope you love them as much as we do.
A fool proof, tried and tested recipe for soft, fluffy and perfect hot cross buns.
